We are pleased to announce that the RECROP COST Action will organize a joint workshop within the
framework of the RAPB 2026 – 11 th International Conference on Recent Advances in Plant
Biotechnology, which will take place in Kyiv, Ukraine, on 2–3 June 2026.
The workshop, entitled “Biotechnology for Plant Stress Mechanisms and Adaptation”, will be
organized as a satellite event of RAPB 2026 and will bring together researchers working on plant
stress biology, crop resilience, and advanced biotechnological approaches. The initiative highlights
RECROP’s commitment to fostering scientific exchange across Europe and beyond, including strong
support for collaboration with Ukrainian plant science communities.

Participation in the workshop will be possible both in person and online, ensuring broad accessibility
for the RECROP community.
